I suppose people complain about some videos, but not others. Youtube probably doesn't pay attention to video content, just complaints. Maybe your choice of title and keywords can attract those of interest rather than complainers. Furthermore, toe sucking (without biting) suggests no violence, so don't start getting my favorite foot fetish videos kicked off of youtube in senseless retaliation.
