  • @mayena I meant from 1920-1930 1 million African-Americans migrated from the South.

  • Plus about 130,000 African-Americans migrated to Philadelphia, PA between 1910-1930.

  • The great migration 1910-1930 1.750 million African-Americans migrated from the rural south to northeast, midwest and the west. 1910-1920 750,000 and from 1920-1930. During the period of 1930-1940 another 750,000 also migrated. The second great migration the numbers as followed 1940-1950 1.5 million, 1950-1960 2 million migrated, 1960-1970 1.5 million migrated. Between 1910-1970 over 7.5 million African-Americans migrated.
