@ELkamikaze29 cheap or novelty pumps can rupture a blood vessel, that's why my cylinders are one-piece and custom fitted. A vacuum gauge is also always recommended, for accurate pressure. When used correctly my pump systems are completely safe, they're the only FDA approved systems available.

@petetang1985 No, you leave the cylinder on for 20 minutes while maintaining vacuum pressure. If you're having to pump the whole time, the cylinder is not properly sealed. To get a good seal you should use some water-based lube and shave back your pubic hair a bit.
