That is a subjective effect caused primarily by the population difference in Norfolk and Daytona compared to that of Orangeburg. Even the Florida and Virginia compared to that of SC.

you dumb fo that, BCU is not on the level of SCSU cuz SCSU just got better and BCU been on the com up for a while. Get that boi, understand and respect the band world.WOW one new director and you all forget the truth. For example, come to Honda if SCSU is better but you all cant out vote Cookman to come.Let along get past Norfolk.

I notice there is alot of MBC no doubt but FAMU I think not! Don't me wrong I love state but they cant touch FAMU and as for Cookman there is no comparison they come in third to SCSU.
