It's funny; I've seen them about 50 times. They've dones this maybe five times. Robin really has to work to hit these notes and he's said it's VERY hard for him to sing. I suspect that's why it's only selectively in the setlist. Possibly the best "power ballad" of the 80s.

to essar1: it really does need to be back on the set list!! But, it looks like a really difficult song to sing for robin. That's probably why they only play it on certain occasions.
