Drs. MaryRose Consiglio & Thomas Sherman:Legacy Award-Uncut

The Republican Party of San Diego County presents the first Legacy Award in September 2007, to the past Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Precinct Operation. Dr. MaryRose Consiglio (Chairman) and Dr. Thomas Sherman (Vice-Chairman) developed the Precinct Operation and recruited volunteers in 2001 through 2006.

Along with technical expertise of James Daugherty and others, they developed and refined it until the beginning of 2007. Tony Krvaric, in his infinite wisdom, decided he no longer wanted to 'manage' volunteers. He removed the very people who built and organized the Precinct Operation of the Republican Party of San Diego County from the ground up. The Precinct Program has floundered ever since. Tony Krvaric only uses the current 'Precinct Operation' to raise money from large donors by convincing them that there is a need for a large budget to operate something that for all intents and purposes does not exist at any level close to what it once did.
