I have been in VTM for 10 days, HMC City totally rocks. I just laughed my head off constant ofr 1st two days, my friends takes me everywhere on back of her motor bike... it beats any roller coaster ive ever been on, totally, totally mental. I love this country:)

not necessarily...they'll often go 30 or so, even up to 40, regardless of traffic

this isn't half as bad as some ive seen in saigon. You should try walking accross the road in it, as long as you walk slowly and remain predicatable you can cross to road quite easily without a problem.
