Jean Emile Charpin is a French singer and actor, born July 30, 1901 in Paris and died October 26, 1987 in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Hauts-de-Seine).

Openly homosexual, this fantasy was famous for his numbers when he disguised caricature of famous actresses like Cecile Sorel.
