@calpolyis Gazans hardly live under siege. Their children have amoung the very highest rates of childhood obesity in the world, the have luxury malls in Gaza, and their stores are overflowing with food. They do get utility service and those who need medical treatment are offered same in Israel. Right - they cannot travel outside because when this was allowed they used the opportunity to kill and terrorize Israeli civilians. Gaza certainly did provoke Israel with thousands of rockets.

@calpolyis The land does not rightfully belong to the Palestinian people -- that is nothing but a myth. Facts 1) So-called Palestine was rather desolate when Zionists began to return to join the Jews who were already living there 2) Huge tracts of land were bought by Jews & Jewish organizations 3 The Arabs waged massacres & wars and gambled their land rather than accept land for peace 4) Many abandoned their homes 5) Most so-called "Palestinians" came from other Arab countries.

For a nation with such sophisticated weaponry and the greatest military in the region, Israel sure kills a lot of civilians seeing as how they do not target them.

First of all, Israel still occupies lands from the Palestinians. So I am not sure which land are you talking about? Second, People in Gaza have been living under Israeli siege for the last two years. With no Food, water, gas, electricity, medical supplies. They don't even have the right to travel outside. This has been going on for almost two years, when Hamas was not throwing shit at Israel. These people are living under occupation, and they have the right to fight and get their freedom.
