I'm sure if you just put 'Dragon Quest' on anything it'll sell like triple-cunted women made entirely out of hot cakes over there... But, yeah, it look dreadfully simple, yet there's supposedly plenty of strategy behind the minute-long supers' animations. (Well, they're called To-Do-Me, but I don't know what that means or why I only get DQMBR footage when I put it in the search box...)

I played it back when I was in Japan last january. It was pretty cool. Most of thefun comes from creating combonations of monsters that work together. If you can't figure it out, or lack the cards to make those combos, it can be a little dull though.
The cards themselves are VERY nice. Beautiful artwork.
