Wait you started in 3rd gear didn't you? Must have, 14.2? My stock 5AT could probably break 14.7 if it hooked up clean. Never tried, but definitely something fishy about this vid.

wth is this? i was expecting alot better than 14.2 . my type s did 13.7 n that was my best run. all i have is aem cai.

@Fujitsu3258 TL is definitely heavy if compared to Civics, its heavier than Accords but not by much, 99-08 TLs have curb weight <3,500lbs, Accords are 3,000-3,300lbs depending on years and models (about 80% sure). we dont talk about the 4th gen TL because its a big disappointment to Acura fans and TL enthusiasts everywhere, and whoever designed that new body style should be castrated

14.2 is slow! especially with a SC!, the base tl runs 14.9 by car and driver

agree Stock accord V6 spd ussually does 14.2.

Sorry, but 14.2 is NOT fast by any means. Especially for a SC TL. I ran 14.0 in my Accord 6 speed with I/Jpipe. That's not fast either. Most SC TL's are seeing low 13s though they should be in the 12s :)
