  • masha Allah,,,may Almighty give non-muslims good knowledge and facts about the past , present and the future,,,

    a true believer

  • @CzarAdam2009 no it's just a common phrase "you are what you eat" so he is just addressing that phrase

  • Very nice but this topic needs a more detailed lecture.

  • @s0bad

I'm curious about his mentioning of the idea of people becoming like the animals they eat. When he said that if we eat peaceful animals we will be peaceful people, and if we eat violent animals we will be violent people, did he mean it? If so, can you give me a reference in the quran for that? Also, what explaination is there for how such a change would take place?

  • So what category does rattlesnake and catfish fall into?

  • Jahkta can be considered Islam. It is typically described as Nahr (although this can also describe dhabh) in Arabic and is specifically used to slaughter camels. However it is legal for slaughtering other animals as well. This meat is just as hygienic and is less painful to the animal. I did not know cutting the throat blocks blood from the nervous system. I think this is incorrect information.

  • Get urself some knowledge of things before commenting!

  • i think u have to use ur intelect when deciding these things.

"The Prophet commands them what is just and prohibits what is evil. He allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them what is bad (and impure)" al maida 5:4

So u would need to research if carnivorus animals are good or not.

If you anaylse it, carnivorous animals often eat the flesh of dead animals (also pigs) which carry many diseases - hence making the consumer haram to eat.

Tho i think labstors eat plankton.

  • where in the Quran does it say that? i know muslims that eat everything but pork.
