no I am sorry ... the blue racer is not on the Endangered List.

also, no snake was harmed and it was released... no harm done. Photographing a snake is not illegal.

we dont have kool animals like that in my country maybe like 2kinds of snake and they both lame, i maybe saw 2 or 3 slamanders in my life(atleast in the wild)

The Brown Recluse isn't all that bad. People sorta blow them out of proportion.

what makes you think its endagered? if he even "takes the animals" from the wild he puts them back in the future, he researches, theres no harm in gaining knowledge. its not like he hurts them at all, hes the only person i've scene who will get BITTEN by a snake and not harm it, besides zoo-ologists or w/e.
