  • Seems to me like if the FED was confident in the economy... that interest rates should have slightly been risen.

I think the FED is in a panic and by keeping the interest rates low they are hoping people will see that and run out and consume consume consume to boost the next round of numbers. Just my opinion.

    Great information yet again.

  • Main stream dont know what to tell the people anymore, but thanks to you and others that put the truth out, now they have to tell us something that have at least a little truth to it. Because they now notice that a lot of people are not trusting them anymore. Thanks

  • all this is bullshit...the economy is not getting better.

  • The main steam media and our great Government are basing our economy on a propped up stock market . The stock market is being propped up by rich people that do not refect society.

  • These jobs are gone and most of them will not return....I had a residential/new home painting buisness . I had 5 employees and was making about 2grand profit a week a year and a half ago. Now i work by myself maybe 1 week a month.

  • Christmas purchases this year will be at full steam for the kids, but flat for other family members -- I've been asking around here in France. Someone we know has a family member who just bought an American car (a Dodge??) with zero percent financing, and they are very happy about it.

  • Yes, I wonder how they are faring in view of the CIT situation.

  • Unenployment insurence, workers compensation, disability, health insurence, phone, rent, car insurence, buisness insurence, utilities...

A few of the operating exspences.

I found it odd that workers compensation was nearly $1,000 a month yet I could get 2 million dallors worth of buisness insurence for $1,000 a year.

  • No job growth, no "real" economic recovery.

  • I see the polls you're talking about on CNN all the time, Derek. They ask "how is the recovery in your area?" 2/3 of people say "there is no recovery".

  • Derek, What the heck! I thought you were going to get a bigger silver 1000 poster!!!

Everyone that wants a bigger poster say I

  • the things I think of when I am thinking LOL
