So you would sacrifice our rights of equality and simply back away into the dark? If the adoption agencies are too blind to realise that gay couples are just as loving as parents as straight couples then perhaps they should not have the right to refuse a child a loving family and should be shut down.

There is mountains of evidence. Your refusal to investigate the wealth scientific data available does not make it cease to exist.

If you looked into those scientific studies you're convinced don't exist, you'd have the explanation for our existence. (Hint - it has to do with the mother's genetics and biochemistry)

There is not any sufficient proof suggesting that someone is born gay, in fact nature declares otherwise since they cannot procreate therefore they should not be put into a special category due to a personal choice to have relations with the same sex, nor should they have any special protection based off sexual preference. My rights are being robbed based off of a group of people who represent less that 2% of the poulation, it is a choice no different then a child predator. Is that next???????

A few things your ignoring about this law. Its no different than allowing interracial couples and couples who want to adopt children of different races. Many adoption agencies in the 60s and 70s closed because they would to go along with the new laws. Some it was political and others it was religious. The state can make more adoption agencies to replace the ones lost. Birth parents can still choose if the race, religion and sexual orientation of the family that adopts their baby.

that sounds like separate but equal. this is a human rights issue. the rights and benefits you receive from marriage are not offered to those in civil unions and domestic partnerships. denying marriage to same sex couples is minority discrimination!!

Unfortunately, any wealth you may have stumbled your way into is negated by your intellectual, moral, & educational bankruptcy. Perhaps the "people" on the planet you live on "detest" diversity, but here on God's earth, those of us who know & accept His will know that He is the one who creates His gay children, and His decisions are good enough for us.
