@jumokdragon it would do well against an MMA fighter IF there were no rules, however in the Octagon there are no small joint manipulations allowed for safety reasons.

@neko2808 lol, dude. I've had these done to me before. The reason the guy is flipping around in the air is because if he doesn't, his wrist, elbow, and shoulder will pop and/or come out of socket. If you think it's fake, go to a Hapkido school near you and grab one of those guys and see what happens

You start out doing the techniques from a grab, as you progress you learn to do them from a punch or kick.

If you don't, that bone will break. You're basically put into a joint lock moving your joints in a direction they don't go.

Why are the opponents throwing themselves around on purpose? Obviously you cannot just twist a wrist and make a grown man make a barrel roll.
