  • Heaps of tuna salads, salmon, eggs and oatmeal.

  • Actually I eat more now than I ever did, 6 meals a day. I just burn it off through exercise.

  • How do you make your tuna salad?

    Because everyone has their own special way.

    I would really like to know the diet because what I'm on isn't working.

    I've got the mind set down, and I workout religiously.

    i dont really have much access to a gym, but i have weights, i know what press ups and alsorts are, but any tips plssss :)))
