And thank you so much for advice! Me and my friend, Evan-kun will live in Japan!
We're going to college there. :D

It seems so different from the farmers markets that you get where I live. It seems almost like a grocery store, the one in my town is in a big community center in the winter and in an open field in the summer and all the farmers have their own booths where they sell their produce. The Japanese farmer's market is still very cool though.

That was cool, taking us with you to the store there, but next time, slow down a bit when you're in there so we can see the products if you dont mind. Do they mind if you film inside there?
-
Ah, I see. Well, everyone has their preferences :)

It just what I'm used to. At my schools and stuff its all the same. I take it an extra step further and get the precleaned. That's just due to laziness though.

Haha, yeah, I need to make more videos, I have so much to talk about, but not enough time to make them.
I actually use a Canon Powershot SD 800IS, which does a better job than most dedicated video cameras. The only thing I can't do is zoom, but I never really need that anyway.
As for the rice, the more it's ground, the quicker it will cook. Brown rice (level 10) takes much longer to cook than level 1 rice. BUT, in a rice cooker, I hardly notice the difference.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! :)
Brown rice is good with organic miso soup and cooked veggies with seaweed (Konbu) & dried Shiitake mushroom broth. You can use this broth for soup as well. In Japan, there is a traditional buddhist vegetarian cuisine called Shojin Ryori. Just copy and paste 精進料理 for searching on Youtube. Or find Buddhist cuisine on Wiki. I guess I will subscribe this channel too as you updating more than the other one.

I looked up your recommendation and I am very interested. One of the teachers I teach with is a monk so I will ask him about it too. Thanks for posting it!
I try to make videos for both channels, I have been so busy lately with school I haven't done much. Thanks for hanging in there and I will get more up soon!

I like the bag the rice was in! It was cute! It looks really nice in that area, a little bit more calm from what I can see.

I thought the same thing when the lady handed it to me!
Where this market is located, it's very rural and peaceful. I live more in the city, but it is still peaceful, just different. :)
