  • I also have a nice 327-350hp 68 vette....you gotta love that sound....fuel injection don't make that sound....and when you throw it in second gear and it sounds like someone hit the back of your car with a sledge hammer...that cannot be repeated by the new ones... The new vettes just do not have the personality these older one's have...give me the rougher ride and loud engine music anyday vs quiet, smooth and maybe a little faster new ones.

Can buy a cadillac if that is what I want.

  • @cblanchon When I play this video I feel like I'm riding in my dad's 68 327/350 conv. It has a white top and it's black but the original color is British Green. I just bought it off him and I'm doing some interior light and turn signal repair to get it on the road again. Nice post.

  • Damn wish I never sold my 73 camaro with a 327 vette engine in it (serial number confirmed from a vette) MT valve covers , 4 b carb

Man I was so fucking stupid to sell it

Although I hated the 73 front lights

  • @KreatorOfDeath1985 sorry, I have no idea

  • @cblanchon

Yea thats what i thought, Ill look into those, yours sounds really nice. should i put a cross pipe on my dual exhaust for equal back pressure?

  • @KreatorOfDeath1985 . Yes I did, it sounds like regular ElCamino sound. If you put glasspacks instead, the sounds should be pretty close to mine...

  • @cblanchon

So if i put Glasspacks on mine it would sound like this?

    Did you hear mine?

  • @KreatorOfDeath1985 . Most of the sounds are depending on the mufflers. Mufflers are here to...muffle the noise. On my car, only one reason; The glass pack mufflers. They made all the difference.

  • @cblanchon

Hey dude why does your 327 have that GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR andmy 327 has a RAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH

Check my 1966 El Camino 327 Video , for comparison im actually really wondering why? Mines also pushing 350 HP btw

  • @87250xrider With these old ones it one thing after another that always breaks. The new ones just go faster off the line and top end speed, handle better, get better mileage and are more comfortable & quiet EASY TO DRIVE..
