the first scene: jackson was there all along. We can just see a little bit of the background and that's why you think that Jackson wasn't there, but he was. Second scene: Maybe she take the board in the time were we can't see her hand for a few seconds. THIRD sence: Maybe Lily gave it back to her in the time we can't see her and Miley. And the last scene....well that's the only thing that could be a real goof.
