She is a very talented and beautiful singer, however, in this video I agree with 'saraholiviera'....I was looking for more variety in the piano....same sound all of the way through...and true...too much loud and then soft singing...couldn't understand much of the lyrics.

i don't know...I didn't really like this song at all...the piano is too simple and she always sounds like she's yelling and then really soft! too much dynamics in too short a time for vocals
