I think it's pretty unfair that everyone's criticising these guys. I agree they're not the greatest players in the world. They want to learn this art form because they enjoy it and want to get better, that's the point of Jazz Workshops. Everyone has to start somewhere. Then again, I suppose all the people who've left negative comments get some sort of ego boost from making anonymous people feel small. It seems pretty strange to me. You're all egotistical, small minded idiots.

@lwoods95757 Yea so? Anything on youtube is fair game, and this shit sucks. It shouldn't be anywhere public, except for the suckers who went to the concert and knew it was going to suck balls.
-
Take this crap off youtube, you are polluting the internet. This is a disgrace....Hank is rolling in his grave

@jazzernamedworm Every class is so different, and varies a lot semester to semester as well.

@Posercorpse Like, for instance, I had to read and transpose a song at a gig today and it didn't sound like asshole.
-
These are students taking a workshop you assholes.
-
@Posercorpse No excuse. They should be better readers than this.
-
Wow. This is awful. They are all going their own tempos, the solos are sub par and it doesn't swing.

That trumpet player should:
1. stop the clapping
2. get his/her own 'stuff' together
3. stop 'trying so hard' to be a 'leader'
Just follow sir...or ma'am...just follow.
