@Rhuadhan1 with his first son due in march he was born jan. 30, 1991 if in 91 they were able to save him they could have very well been able to save Rowan
@Rhuadhan1 there is something to complain about if a mother were at home ALIVE and delivered here child of 22 or 23 weeks of pregnancy and decides she doesn't want it and leaves it there until it dies then simply throws it away she would be charged with murder, but your saying because she went to the clinic and the staff did the very same thing nothing should be done to him and i have a cousin that was delivered in a hospital at 23 weeks he is now a healthy 20 year old man (continued)

"a baby at 22, 23 weeks gestation nobody denies that a child at that age is a human being"
At this stage a child is not feasible to survive with the best of help, so the 911 call
wouldn't have made any difference.
The mother made a choice to have an abortion, she didn't want to have this baby.
Then, when she poppet her baby into the toilet, she decided to make an effort for it...too little, too late.
No sense to complain about the abortion clinic: she went to it
of her own free will!
