(This is the second part of an interview done in December of 2006 posted on youtube as "The Wait For Bhagavan Das is Over") Join Molly Cheshire and Paula Gloria on a journey with a man, regarded as a saint of many austerities who left the US when he was 18 years old after the Kennedy Assassination to find a better way in India. He met many of the greatest holy legends and eventually introduced Richard Alpert, a professor at Harvard who was playing a central role in the turned on 60's and who later as Ram Das wrote the famous book "Be Here Now", an expression he learned from Bhagavan Das

  • This lady has no idea. I'd imagine its nearly impossible to irritate someone like Bhagavan Das but she seems to have succeeded at doing that.

  • @criticalmethod wonder how I missed this compliment of a year ago? Ah the benefits of hemp oil

  • Bhagavan Das is a womanizer, meglomaniac and false guru...the last thing he said to me while he was giving a computerized jyotish reading to a cute blonde about 40 years younger than him was: "Worship me as God and i will take you to the feet of Neem Karoli Baba." he's a skeezie geezer. Om Namah Shivaya

  • @kuryspencer hi kury, i remember you from chicago/wisconsin. How are you doing? Been a long time..what 10 years? You still bruised? Just to let you know, for the past 10 years i have worshiped Baba as God...and im here to say, Neem Karoli Baba has blessed me deeply...Jai Sri Sri Sri Neem Karoli Baba Ki Jai! Jai Ma!

  • Its better to get to know yourself by knowing just how much jealousy, lust, anger, pride, and sloth we have, than learning how to act like we don't have these things in us. Baba puts his shit out for everyone to see. He hides behind no mask. I witnessed this first hand. One of the least phony people i know. My time with Baba (going on 10 years) taught me to learn how to embrace my shadow. In doing so, i am better able to have compassion and love for other's struggles. A valuable lesson indeed.

  • You are your own guru. Guys like this who think they have 'the truth' as self-deluded charlatans. Run away!

  • What I've found is that we all come into this world in the exact same way. No 'soul contract' BS. We're just 'wingin' it'. The universe is above our heads and has no ending. Not one of us really has a clue as to what it's all about. NOT A SINGLE F**KING ONE. Just wingin'n it. We can't be held liable on a 'soul contract' we have no conscious recollection of ever having agreed to. What a crock. I think we're here simply to be happy and to ease one another's suffering. Truth is subjective.

  • They obviously are excited about having such a prolific person on their "show," yet they didn't bother reading his book. The host keeps hinting that she wants BD to share knowledge, or wisdom, in hopes that it won't "become lost"... It's like they just don't get it at all. People who are hung up on him being a "womanizer" are forgetting that we've all been infinite things to another an infinite amount of times. To be fixated on one point of awareness' temporary physical manifestation is silly

  • he kind of seems like an asshole

  • The two women (Kali) sitting on both sides of Bhagavans conscious self representing to two halves/poles of bifurcated SELF immersed in her eternal OM Shanit Peace!

  • What is that thing in his hand called?

  • Don't waste your time here. Go check out Ram Dass if you want to hear someone who has worked on himself honestly, tirelessly, and CORRECTLY.
