@danieljsaulmon Although some officers seemed to be biased towards cyclists, there are others who are very professional, and go out of their way to make sure things are proper. In particular, David Krumer. Thanks again.

07-09-11 Motorist attacks me first with horn and tailgating me in the curb lane, then ramming me in lane 2 before I fall and police are called. Officer S Ramirez, #36911 couldnt talk me out of filing report, but let the driver go anyways then pretended to write a report checking a different box on my carbon copy then his original. Gave me bogus insurance information for the driver. Took me all week several hours on hold to find out what I suspected to be true. South Traffic detectives, right

Crazy America, glad the police in Glasgow are mostly sound down to earth helpful humans with a capacity for civilised interaction. They mostly use skill to manage a situation not force and almost never beat or shoot folks. Sorry you Americans have to live in such a repressive and dangerous regime.
