Start on both feet with weight evenly balanced between them. Shift weight over to one foot and then lower heel slowly on this foot.

  • is this exercise meant to strengthen ankle/foot for people who are flat footed?

    i have very flat feet and an old ankle injury, so my ankle rolls side to side when I try to do this, which makes me think i either need to do it more or wear orthotics for support... any thoughts?
