Heartography is in my opinion one of the greatest songs I've ever heard! Zoe aka Ukulelezo wrote this beautiful song and I've been wanting to cover it since I first heard it. I adapted the lyrics to a boy, or let's say, man version. Also, the key in this cover is G, not F as in the original.

Lyrics & chords:
[G Gmaj7 C C]
Your body is a map, of the places you have been
It rises in relief as my fingers touch your skin
I can trace the elevations, depressions and the scale
[A7 A7 C C]
And the veins that flow like rivers, through a gradient of pale
[G Gmaj7 C C]
The silver flashes, that mark you like a knife
And even though you hate them , they're badges of your life
All your little wrinkles, I can read like braille
[A7 A7 C C, G Gmaj7 C C]
you've got 14 tiny freckles, like scattered breadcrumbs on a trail
[A A C C, G Gmaj7 C C]
But oh, oh the heart, is so much harder to chart
Oh, oh the heart, so much harder to chart
[G Gmaj7 C C]
The vertebrae meridian, that makes up your spine
Bends and sways in rhythm and echoes serpentine
I can navigate the landscape, discover every nook
[A7 A7 C C]
You've got natural formations that deserve a scenic outlook
[A A C C, G Gmaj7 C C]
But oh, oh the heart, is so much harder to chart
Oh, oh the heart, so much harder to chart
[G Gmaj7 C C]
The heart is tricky, there are roads that never end
Paths in all directions that swoop and dive and bend
Pitfalls and pratfalls and reckless mistakes
[A7 A7 C C]
There's a monument erected, every time it breaks
[G Gmaj7 C C]
Your body is a map, of the places you have been
It rises in relief as my fingers touch your skin
I want to know your physical geography
[A7 A7 C C]
And I will get my master's degree in heartography
Great job Sebi!
