Negetive on that, this video was shot by a MaxRover rov while we were doing the platform inspection in the gulf of mexico. There were no other manned submersibles anywhere in our area. Both the Deepworker and the MaxRover were launched from the same vessel we (Deep Marine Technology) had leased during this period. This is Deepworker #14 which we still have and operate.

it was a Pl-500 built by the "DeepTech" Co. in France.
has a bottom depth of 2500.feet. sits two comfortably...costs 3. million bucks
