I saw a Neptune pilot dive and drop that fire retardant, he must have pulled 6Gs coming out, but precision, on target, utter professional! Witness to history. Now open up the damn trails again.

no we didnt. im sure the fellas enjoyed them though. we came from fresno to cover in LA County. when the fire broke we were in santa clarita at station 126. we did structure protection on commonwealth and dundee avenues. lots of fie and lots of homes to protect. 2 days later we took hovercrafts to catalina island. fought fire there for 4 days. like i said hell of a week in LA.

hell of a week down in LA i was on the strike team of engines you see in the video...i think that was commonwelth we were turning on...our 5 engines did structure protection at commonwealth and dundee avenues...fire ripped through there...never got to hear how it started...
