It is an E39 with 193hp, so the topspeed is 227km/h.

Jawel, door extra veel uitstoot van allerlei schadelijke stoffen dragen wij eraan bij dat we over enkele jaren niet meer naar het buitenland op vakantie moeten, maar voor goed en warm weer gewoon in eigen land kunnen blijven.

in germany it´s much harder to get a driver license, so don´t talk crap.

usa drivers license = for about 20 bucks

- you get it after a few days

germany divers license = ca. 1300€

- you get it after a few months

i think thats the reason most of americans drive a boring automatic car, isn´t it?

This is a correct top speed for the E39 530d. My one was a 2001 MSport version with a remap and MAX'D out I got 147MPH / 236.5KPH GPS verified. ( it was off the clock at that point.)

@guitigefilmpjes i thought that because the revmetere is at 3200, and it should go to at least 4000. same at 320d in 5th you change gear at 4500 (aprox) and the 6th doesn't reach this limiy anymore.

who cares, i have a 530d fantastic car , 130 all day and still 30 to the gallon, i also own a 600hp skyline will do 182 and bounce off the rev limiter all day, horses for courses, flat out the skyline doing nine to the gallon, at best, big diezels are the way to go,,,and without the insurance costs, i have a mate who tweaks the 530d with a gasket, turbo and intercooler to 375hp, but he is a genius,with hexodecimal,,but the auto boxes dont like it,,,,,,he also converts 3000d to petrol ,bonkers

@magigg with a chip v-max is about 252. but stock it is 227-230 max

@shaheerkhan12 after chiptunning i have it 7months and i sold it.Reason is a have oportunity to buy cheap E 320 cdi with AMG optik with low mileage 68000km from my friend,and my bmw has begun to deteriorate and mileage is 267000km,and the transmission started to act strange and turbo has started to decline...
