Make it with Mushroom Student Chef Challenge 2009

If you like mushrooms, youll love this twist to the classic ratatouille. France and Asia meet to create the delicious layers of textures and flavors. The meaty, crisp portabella, the warm earthy flavors of the cremini and white, the woody flavors of the shiitake topped off with the juicy oyster are sure to bring out the mushroom lover in you. Serve as a main course on its own or top it off with a side of nutty basmati rice.
