Why Does My Fear Take over Even When I know its Not Logical

Once again, we look at the fact that you can overcome your fear of public speaking with less effort than you ever thought possible. This video describes how we need to have a comprehensive approach to overcoming our fear of public speaking. Most approaches fail to do this because they focus only on the conscious mind or the subconscious mind; but not both.
We covered a conscious mind technique in video 1 called paradigm shifting. In this video we go on to discuss one subconscious technique that we can use called social proof. This is a little known psychological principle that is normally working against your efforts to overcome your fear. With just a little knowledge you can turn it and start using it to your advantage.
Three warnings:
1. Once again, the video is intended to be informative, not flashy. In addition, the sound quality is not great. I apologize for that.
2. As in video 1, there is a lot of information crammed into it. I keep bumping up against the YouTube 10 minute limit, so it will move pretty fast.
3. At the end of the presentation I suggest to listen to the next media selection where we hear from others about what has worked for them.
