  • @FrostybroTV This patient breathes at the expense of the right lung. After radical pneumonectomy (left or right) patients live tens years.

  • @kziealles Generally after complete pneumonectomy and bi/lobectomy with mediastinal lymphadenectomy 5-year survival of lung cancer patients reached 67.9%, 10 years – 59.2%, 20 years – 29.9%.
