  • Alright then. Put the video up.

I mean, for all your comments and nay-saying, you HAVE to have a video, right?

You know, proof that you've done it?

Because OBVIOUSLY you have experience, and proof, to back up your claims.

Only idiots would make claims they can't back up~ Right?

  • The scene and sound is cool... Reminds me of "forbidden planet"

  • @nattsurfaren Obviously Susan Boyle.

  • LOL, you guys are so fucking pathetic. The stanley was faster in 1906! Jesus christ, use some math! Use some common fucking sense.

Expect to have me taking your record in 5 years. I've already got steam driven rear engine dragster turning 110mph in the traps!

  • @KenMacMillan yeah buts wheres the fun in that why do it so easily when u have a chance to do it in an absurdly complex way :)

  • @Carstuff111 An old compound steam engine would've done better for a fraction of the cost.

  • @MrDorfmann I agree. If they had taken a used porsche & put a 30hp steam engine in it they would've broken the record for a fraction of the cost.

  • They did only 148 mph vs 145 mph for Bob Barber´s steam turbine car in 1985 and 150 mph for the Stanley´s Rocket in 1907. I don´t call that a progress. Every standart 911 Porsche can do better. The only thing they´d proven (again) is the extreme inefficiency of a pocket-sized steam turbine.

They could have build a new full-sized steam express locomotive for the money they spended in that thing. Waste of time , steam and money !!

  • It is too slow. You can't get world record.
