I know this video is old but I found it while searching for the answer to the questions that Jennifer Geisler anticipated any smart customers would ask. So CAT6K is for services and Nexus is for high performance switching and they co-exist side by side? What about the C7600 and the ASR? Aren't they for services? Aren't they Cisco or John only worries about the product lines he looks after? Does anyone (the smart customers) have the same question and confusion that I have?

Why would a CIO want/need to see the unboxing/installation/configuration of network switch/router? Shouldn't you focus on big picture stuff? If your site's big enough to have a Cat6500 or Nexus 7000, then it's probably big enough to have engineers that can handle the infrastructure...what they likely need from you is not help in configuring their gear...they need a long-term technology plan and political support from others at the C-level.

i dont like this video and im a CIO... can you just show videos installing your products like CUCM or IPCC or just a catalyst like unboxing and initial configurations.
