UPDATE 1.2 NOTES (all platforms unless specified)

Improved occasional performance issues resulting from long term play (PlayStation 3)
Fixed issue where textures would not properly upgrade when installed to drive (Xbox 360)
Fixed crash on startup when audio is set to sample rate other than 44100Hz (PC)
Fixed issue where projectiles did not properly fade away
Fixed occasional issue where a guest would arrive to the player's wedding dead
Dragon corpses now clean up properly
Fixed rare issue where dragons would not attack
Fixed rare NPC sleeping animation bug
Fixed rare issue with dead corpses being cleared up prematurely
Skeleton Key will now work properly if player has no lockpicks in their inventory
Fixed rare issue with renaming enchanted weapons and armor
Fixed rare issue with dragons not properly giving souls after death
ESC button can now be used to exit menus (PC)
Fixed occasional mouse sensitivity issues (PC)
General functionality fixes related to remapping buttons and controls (PC)

@astaroth99 yeah it makes a big difference when publishers keep udating.

It fix the lag issue but now it create the random freeze and the game hangs at the loading screen sometime.

Thing is, I updated this game yesterday with the patch. I installed Skyrim, knowing now that the texture problem would be fixed. However, this wasn't the case. The textures were worse than when I didn't have the game installed. I wonder, did you have to have the game installed prior to the patch for the textures to smooth out. At any rate, I uninstalled it and unfortunately the textures remained (I confirmed this by comparing the close up of a gold coin in the game - horribly blurry).

I've heard more negativity about this patch than good. I hope this magic resist problem gets fixed soon because I play as a battlemage and I got 1-shotted by a bandit mage despite my 100% magic resist gear equipped...

wtf i have problems with my houses like i cant use half the things in my house thhings go flying around my house and it lags and freezes like crazy pissing me off!!
