Dear Snakelakeblues,KyleCRR is talking the true of KW!! Anyway, Culture??? It's more backstabing than anything else and for your information Culture comes from Integrity and Honesty (Ethic Pilars) Passed to me by my parents not KW. I took them to kw and moved them with me to EXIT. 80k agents in 24 years vs 45k agents in 10 years. I just wonder how is the fastest true growing company??? Don't think to hard, its EXIT!!!

Impressive vocabulary. The Keler Williams guitarist dude probably would be honored to have such a linguistically refined person, such as yourself, as a fan. BTW, the major corporation cofounder is a pretty good guitar player too. KyleCRR has posted his/her tired remarks on every video. His/her comments are indicative of why he/she does not grasp the culture and success of KW. Probably not very successful, in general.

Kyle, sorry to hear our AWESOME co was'nt a match for u. It's been a Godsend for many of us; this past yr, it was the only one of the major RE companies to grow! Our Team Leader is selfless, hard working;deeply cares about all clients and staff; he often reminds me to "seek first to understand"; exemplifies WI4C2TS. Go back to these--see if u and ur office might not've been able to do things differently. Maybe a diff. MC'd work well 4 u. I LOVE KELLER WILLIAMS. I'd love to see you succeed here!

hate Keller Williams!, I was a well producing agent there for several years and they totally burned me... All the team leaders are a bunch of people who will step on ANYONE to "follow the Gary Keller way"... What a bunch of **it. IT IS DOG EAT DOG in the office!!!
The team leaders don't care about sellers or buyers... RECRUITING is the ONLY thing Keller Williams wants.
