@christianbrozius set your ds clock to after 20:00 i had the same problem because mine was set to 8:36 and it wouldnt work since the ds clocks are in 24 hours

I have seen 209 pokémons so far and only need rotom, but he isn't in the damn tv!
I went at night and cheked the whole house for books and stuff but he wont come...help!!!

Rotom is a legendary and if you accidentally kill it it'll be back the next night so you need to wait twenty four hours before you can get Rotom.
