An incredible video that shares the truth. Thank you, thank you! I will share with everyone I know. How could you NOT support and vote for this wonderful man?
Go Ron Paul! 2008 and beyond.

Thank you for this.

Paul Simon is in the main stream of America. Ron Paul is some where on the fringe.

It still gives me chills!

melora72 -- I think you're right.

I don't think Paul Simon would approve of this ad. He is NOT a libertarian. He's extremely liberal. He HATED Ronald Reagan, and Nixon. This song was used in an Obama ad and I'm positive Simon's a big Obama supporter, not a Ron Paul supporter. Just saying.

I saw a verse of this song turned into an Obama commercial today. I came to YouTube looking for their ad and found yours. Their production values may have been better funded, but it was YOUR concept. I hope you receive recognition for the concept.

This will always be one of my favorites.

BRAVO!!
Reagan is not worthy of this GREAT song. I have to laugh and cry about how such a mediocre actor and weak man could be propped up by those who pulled his strings. Reagan paved the way for air-heads like Dan Quayle, George W. Bush, and Mitt Romney. Ron Paul was right about the war, but he is wrong on most other issues--especially the social safety net and immigration. On these issues, like Reagan et. al., Ron Paul dupes people into voting against their goodness and interests. What a GREAT song!

Reagan isn't really the focus. I was born in 75. 80 was the first election I remember. I would challenge you to tell me the difference between Paul's Immigration plan and anyone elses. Paul is the only one to tell the truth about immigration. It wouldn't even be an issue if the economy and credit crunch weren't hurting us. Immigrants have become scapegoats now that the economy is sour. Fix the economy and it isn't an issue, but you can;t fix the economy until you stop overspending on war.

I voted for Bush twice(dont taze me, bro) and was a "McCain supporter" which meant I added him as a friend on my myspace and that was that, he had my vote, I wanted to stay in Iraq. Kill those rotten people that hated us because 1)their religion says we must all die and 2) they hated us because we were wealthy, and free. I had never been given an option to think otherwise. Man I am so glad I heard Ron Paul speak... Apathy hell, he cured my ignorance :)

Me too. I was raised to respect Reagan. I read Goldwater as a teen. It took me a long time to stop settling for the lesser of two evils and settling. Strangest thing is I never changed my beliefs, but a man whose beliefs match my own is no longer welcome in the party I grew up supporting.

You can't surrender to a religion and no country is attacking us.
