Five years into the armed conflict in Sudan's Darfur region, the situation remains dire for civilians. Th Sudanese government continues to disregard its international humanitarian law obligations and flout UN Security Council resolutions, including the ban on offensive military over-flights, the disarming of the Janjaweed militia, and cooperation with the ICC at the Hague.

No. I mean no science and no statistical analysis has ever shown any significant difference between any two people who aren't related to each other. If you didn't know who your parents were, there would be no way to determine what "race" you are. Race is a social construct and we choose what race to put down on the census. No one can tell you what race you are.
