From the works of Enlighetened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this talk Nithyananda expounds on Shiva Sutras which are techniques given by Shiva to Devi to directly experience enlightenment. Breath is the bridge between your body and the mind or matter and spirit. Every single breath is managed by your Atman. In between the ingoing and outgoing breath, you touch your inner consciousness. Shiva therefore works on the breath since it is the easiest way to experience the space where consciousness is your nature. For there is an entire system of technology which if adopted, may enable Mind to consciously know as second nature that everything is one energy manifesting in an incomprehensible number of ways as per E = mc"squared or the law of conservation of energy (no energy is created or destroyed but remains constant).

This man is saying that which if you understood, may evolve your consciousness in such a way as to extend beyond your five senses and all the sensory perception that is dependent on the sensory organs being deocded by the brain. Consciousness and Mind in themselves are beyond the five senses of which they are only certain aspects and qualities

This is a very important FACT. Conscious Breathing leads to a spaciousness within that open the energy centers that are consciousness itself. And it is effortless. This leads to Higher Consciousness. The Breath watching or observation Meditation can be practiced from 20min to much longer periords of time and awakens the phychic centers in your body, when this happens you see the very nature of Creation.
