  • Hello! I'm YMD from Singapore Soka Association and I think your story will inspire a lot of people. Thank you so much for sharing. Keep chanting no matter what!

  • @ubetterwerq - thanks!

  • this is a good experience , it is obvious you are reading something and that is why you are looking to the side, the message is great. I had a similar experience. Peace

  • @Morgainell thanks!

  • Thank you so much for that - I know exactly what you are saying believe me - and I also know we have hardly begun to touch the tip of the iceburg in relation to the power that chanting the Mystic law Nam myoho renge kyo has.

If you do another similar video, you could improve it tremendously by facing the cam straight on - don't be shy - give your video the same front on determination that you gave the doctors and your granpa.. Peace be with you...:o)

  • @matureasian

I agree. If we record more experiences from The Buddha Next Door we'll ask everyone to look directly into the camera. thanks for your suggestion.

  • Wonderful story!

    NAM MYOHO RENGE KYO

  • don't you know that Nichiren Daishonin stated that to correctly practice the true Buddhism is to follow the successive High Priests who will inherit the entirety of the Buddhism after the Daishonin, from the Daishonin himself. He says these golden words in his Gosho. He also says that in order for one to practice true Buddhim, this person must exactly follow what the Buddha says, no matter what happens. Only after doing so this person can be called the disciple of the Buddha.

  • Thanks for the positivity.

  • please I'm new at Chanting and the Buddhism faith and want to learn more will you please help me!!!

  • what a nice story

  • Thank you.

  • @stapes617 Absolutely!

  • I think much of this has to do with intent and the power of sound and energy...most people will not like this but I do... With that being so any sound chant that one can discover, will do for the physical benefits. Perhaps one must go on further with the teachings for more spiritual benefits. Right now I am willing to chant for the air-rial or environmental benefits..thanks for posting a lovely story...

  • Mark, this is a courageous experience. Where did you get your courage?
