I got my refund thanks to these videos...I can tell the claims department whats going on on a larger scale. That way once people identify the scams then ebay cant claim ignorance.

everytime i call in , CREEPY PHILLY LADIES ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY FROM THE PHILIPINES AND THEY get paid from the USA for 50 cent an hour . CHHHHEAP SERVICE, GETT IT.

I read this story you told only a few days ago on "Scam or not scam".
Its nice being able to watch and listen to the actual person involved telling the story.
I too have just recently been conned selling an item on eBay then systematically being screwed by PayPal. My question is:
I Just wanted your opinion on whether to torcher the bastard who ripped me off first or should I just put him out of his misery?

I'm thinking about selling items on Ebay and doing my homework via youtube.
Many people have brought their horror stories about paypal but have not provided a viable solution.
So, what is the alternative? What is the best payment vehicle to avoid being scammed?

sell on craigslist and get cash in hand. Sell for 10-20 percent less then ebay and your items will sell quick. The 10-20 percent will be saved by having no fees. So in essence you will be making the same amount of money with no dangers of losing it.
