I'm not sure if you were asking me or someone else, but I guess computers are more widely used nowadays. I have a little cousin in the 3rd grade that has to use the computer for class projects and nightly homework. Also they make great starter computers for anyone who wants to get into making their own movies (for class or youtube). They probably don't need something as powerful as a macbook pro, but it sure is nice to have.

defiantly the macbook pro......the macbook aluminum is an older, less powerful notebook than the new macbook pro.

Heh. Sucks cuz I bought the old aluminum one 11 days before the new one came out. Oh well. Still an awesome laptop.
