Making your own dinner rolls is surprisingly easy, and when you taste these buttery, pillow-light rolls, you'll agree they are superior to any store-bought variety. See how to bake your own dinner rolls at home.
The texture was perfect but they were almost flavorless. I spread salted butter on them and they tasted so much better so i think this recipe needed more salt like maybe 1 and 1/2 tsp to 2 tsp of salt
Making these now, in for the first rise. I found the dough to be to sticky and I work with the no knead bread dough all the time. I have several dinner roll recipes and for the same ingredients , the recipe calls for 3 1/4 cups of flour, liquid to flour ratio. I did end up adding about another 1/4 cup flour.
@irisayala As long as you are aware that that's your preference and not the law. Some of us can't eat salt. Thanks!

Thank you so much Chef John for showing me how to make dinner rolls, they turned out perfect.
I never had the vegetable oil so used sesame oil instead and i am overwhelmed with the results. :)
