Where is Sonia Gandhi? She is the Chairperson of Indian National Congress, world's largest Democratic Government. The economic situation of South Asia mostly depends on her decisions. And why are there so many Hollywood actresses? What influence do they have on global economy? I am happy that there are 3 Indian women in top 100 including Indra Nooyi, CEO of Pepsi, at no. 6, but there could me more.

Sonia Gandhi surely can be awarded the Worlds most Corrupted women in the world, just do your own research on this, she was the master mind behind her husbands famous corrupted deals like Bofars scam in India which netted the Gandhi family Billions in ill gotten gains, the Congress is known even today for the most corrupt politicians.
