@sabrejack2 Yeah sure...But I do think it is silly to say that Underworld is a complete rip off of The Matrix and Blade, sure it took some elements from those movies such as the ones you mention but if we talk about story lines it is nothing like The Matrix and the only similarity with Blade is the vampires, that's what I wanted to point out in my comment. And as I already said every movie takes something from another without that we wouldn't have evolution in cinema. ;)

@GABYINCUBUSMcCARTNEY Director's visual style was a lot like the Matrix, basically. Camera angles, focus, distance, glossiness of the leather, etc.

I think that it lies not only in the similarities of weapons and customs, but also angle shots, and slow motion cams during some shooting scenes. And the hue that is predominant in the series, Matrix of course uses alot of green, and bright red. Blade, well alot of black. Well, dont get me wrong, I like the films two.. actually just the first one.

@Holret Most people think that but I don't know...I mean the only thing that Underworld has similar to The Matrix is all the leather but Blade has leather too and the only thing that Underworld has similar to Blade is the guns but that's it. Underworld has a completely different story line and completely different characters...don't take me wrong I love The Matrix and Blade but I just don't see why everybody always compare Underworld with this two. :)

the one problem I have with Underworld is in its creative talent. Honestly I believe the Matrix and Blade came out before this movie. Underworld simply put both worlds together and added werewolf or Lycans as they are refered to in this movie. Other than that, good vid. Very fitting.
