Heres me hitting 225ish on push press for about 12 reps. This lift was crappy, foot spacing wrong, wrong form, wrong breathing, etc, etc...
And I did this at 9pm..overall a crappy set, I was aiming for 15 clean reps, and here is 11.75 reps of trash, you cant win every day though.
