try using it as a leave in conditioner- it works great! just use a VERY little or it will get very VERY oily looking haha.

@ilovegooner hey sweet girl! I use it probably every month, but you could use it as often as every two weeks (sometimes I do) or every week! And I do put it all the way to the roots since my hair is so long and naturally dry. Hope that helps! :)
