How to change drive icons

Some of my friends and family have been asking me how to change their drive icons... well it's quite simple. It's the same method that software companies use to change the icon of their installation discs. The method shown here is exactly the same for internal HDDs, externall HDDs, pen drives, USB flash drives etc.
